Annually, US foundations grant $3 billion to $4 billion internationally to non-American non-profits all around the world. Over the past 13 years, non-profits based in India received almost $1 billion USD in international grants. Why? Which ones, and for which projects? Continuously updated data about this market is available. Because of the abundance of these statistics, this market can and must be analyzed before being targeted in a strategic way. However, one also needs the story behind the numbers, to understand this world. This session is instrumental to non-profits working in the international development, academic/educational, environment, health and arts sectors.

As Digital Marketing Manager, Michaela is somewhat of a geek. She ensures the Resource Alliance has a strong and consistent presence across the whole of the digital spectrum and brings a strong background in marketing, communications, events and 3D Printing. She likes to stay ahead of the curve and ensure her world is future proof, which is ironic as she also spent time working in an Anglo Saxon village. This does however, come in handy whenever we need something carved out of wood using a tree lathe*… Feel free to contact me on michaela@resource-alliance.org if you need anything! *It happens more than you think.
