Submitting good proposals that have great outcomes and impact alone is no longer going to win you those corporate funds (corporate social responsibility inclusive). Increasingly, many corporate CSR and HR leaders are looking for effective engagement of their employees with their CSO (NGO) partners. A large portion of the workforce in many organisations is made up of millennials, many of whom are very inclined to be active in social activities. How are we going to come up with interesting ways of engaging these employees?
